Such a fun yoga studio. I do yoga at lots of different studios when traveling, but love coming back to Soul Good Yoga when I’m home in High Point. Danyl makes us feel like family and I love that there’s something new every class.

I just LOVE the hot yoga classes! I feel so good after doing the class. I really appreciate how, Danyl, the instructor makes sure I am doing the moves correctly. Love the atmosphere, also.

Danyl at Soul Good Yoga is the best! I have tried her Yoga, Pilates, and Piyo (combo of the two) and she always somehow delivers a relaxing but enjoyable workout. She does a great job reinforcing form and technique, while keeping the classes fun and interesting! There's also a cute little coffee shop below her studio, which makes for a fun little morning or evening out! :)
